Returns

We cannot accept returns of cuttings, they would be “spoiled” by the time they made it back us and cannot be resold. Please be sure your order is correct before it ships. If a mistake has been made on our end we’ll do our best to make it right with you. If there is a problem with your order please contact us, we will do our best to make it right.

Guarantee

Our cuttings are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. We’ll replace them within the first year, the only thing we ask is you pay for shipping the replacements.

We only sell fresh, quality cuttings from the previous seasons growth. When they are planted with the buds pointing up and kept moist, they almost always grow. However, occasionally a cutting doesn’t root, that’s nature, just the way it is.

You can expect up to a 5% loss, we send a couple of extra cuttings with every order to help account for this.

If you experience a very high rate of loss, something went wrong with the planting or establishment process. We will not replace an order that experienced a high loss rate without discussing the circumstances. If you have a problem with with your order please contact us so we can discuss it with you.
